CANCELLATION. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 You may request to cancel your purchase for a full refund, up to 24 hours before the placement of order. Cancellations after the expiry of 24 hours may not are accepted.
2.1 In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team.

1.2 Purchaser may cancel any order in whole or in part, without liability if, (i) Products have not been shipped as of date of receipt of notice of cancellation, unless delay reasonably explained (ii) Product deliveries are not made at the time and in the quantities specified; (iii) Products infringe or are alleged to infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or trade secret right or (iv) Products fail to comply with any applicable law or regulation. To cancel, Purchaser shall give notice to us in writing, and to the extent and reason specified therein, we shall immediately terminate deliveries under the order.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

2.2 Upon receiving your complaint, We shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If We are convinced that the complaint is genuine, We shall take the necessary action against such a complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, other than not requesting the seller for a replacement, We reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by you in this regard.

2.3 Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered with, We requests you to refuse to accept delivery and inform us at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by us depending on the nature and category of the product.

2.4 In order to return any products sold through this Platform, you are required to comply with the following conditions:

A. If a product is not damaged or made defective from your end, you shall be allowed to return the product within the time frame displayed on the website at the time of purchase;

B. Please notify us of receipt of damaged/ defective product within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, We shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

C. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, etc.;

D. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

E. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by us in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return;

F. In the event the return or cancelled of a product is duly accepted by us, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of the product or otherwise, as adjusted with any credits/discount/offers, if any, will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment and we will credit your refunds directly into your source of payment.

Refunds will be subject to the following :

2.5 Orders paid online will be refunded instantly through the source of payment;

A. For Cash on Delivery payments, the amount will be refunded into the bank account provided by you;

B. A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order;
